When the locally owned Chinese restaurant Bo Lings opened in Kansas City, they realized they needed a new look to compete in a city with a growing food scene. To give them that competitive edge they were looking for, we leveraged the authentic style of the restaurant by featuring the owners’ vintage family photos as the face and personality of the brand. We are happy to say that Bo Lings was our first client at Design Ranch, and is now one of the most recognized Chinese restaurants in the city with multiple locations in some of the city’s most robust restaurant markets — the Kansas City Plaza and River Market. Twenty-one years later, the establishment has grown in name recognition and is touted as one of the best Chinese eateries in town.
