The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation tapped Design Ranch to develop the name and brand for its experiential learning program. The name needed to appeal to both students, teachers and parents and help showcase the real-world impact, career advantages, and personal growth that students can experience by participating in the program.


Design Ranch created the name Pro X, a clever and casual take on the phrase professional experience. Pro X is a program that takes students to the next level. Students get to experience real-world jobs that help them learn to work while also helping them learn new skills that may inform future career paths. With a creative direction reflective of posters often found on the walls of classrooms and school libraries, the Pro X brand demonstrates how what you do today impacts what you’ll do tomorrow.
